Spicy whole bean(moong bean) sprouts

When it comes to health, moon bean sprout is one super food that almost every diet plan contains. With the benefits of carbohydrate, protein and the must essential dietary fibre, this sprout is also known to be fat free and is a great source of vitamin C and Vitamin K. These sprouts are low in calories and provide a healthy dose of B Vitamins.

Ingredients

3/4 cup whole bean (moong dal) sprouts

2 Dices of onion finely chopped

2 Slices of tomato finely chopped tomato

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions

1In a cooking pan, take about 3/4th cup of moong dal sprouts. Add a cup of water. Let it boil for about 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile chop about 1/3rd of onion and tomato each. Put the boiled sprouts in a mixing bowl and add a teaspoonful of lemon juice. Add the chopped onion and tomato to the sprouts and mix them well. Garnish with some fresh cut coriander and serve.
