Mukesh Singh Gahlot

Mukesh Singh is probably one of the most renowned Indian bodybuilders of all time. Born in 1978, he won the Mr India title four times, in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012. In addition, he also doubles up as a powerlifter.

Murali Kumar

Murali Kumar was born in 1985 in Kerala. He previously worked as a sailor in the navy and is also a software engineer. His love for bodybuilding was sparked when he got injured in the leg and started a strength training program to avoid such injuries. He started participating in professional competitions and won Mr India in 2013 and 2014. He also won Mr Asia in 2013 and finished 3rd in Mr World that same year.

Sangram Chougule

Born in 1979 in Kolhapur, the decorated bodybuilder has won the Mr India title 6 times. He has also won the WBPF World Championship twice in the 85 KG category in 2012 and 2014.

Suhas Khamkar

Khamar was born in a family of bodybuilders, and it’s no wonder he has multiple titles to his name. He has been crowned 9 times as Mr India, and he became the first Indian to win Mr Asia in 2010.

Rajendra Mani

Mani was previously in the Indian Air Force where he served for 15 years. He has won Mr India 8 times and won the world bodybuilding and physique championship in 2015.

Hira Lal

The decorated bodybuilder from Punjab was born in 1977. He won the 2011 edition of Mr Universe title that was held in Mumbai. He is a vegetarian and some of the other titles under his name include Mr India, Mr Punjab, Mr Asia and the Federation Cup.

Varinder Singh Ghuman

As well as being a bodybuilder, Varinder also doubles up as a wrestler. He is a vegetarian and has roles in film such as being the lead actor in various films such as “Kabaddi Once Again,” and “Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans.” He has a Mr India title under and came second in Mr Asia in 2009. He is also a brand manager for Arnold Schwarzenegger’s products in Asia.

Arambam Boby

The 45-year-old bodybuilder from Manipur can boost of a cabinet decorated with titles. He has won Mr India 12 times, Mr Asia 5 times, Mr. South Asia 3 times and World Title 8 times.
