International Heath, Sports & Fitness Festival Festival – IHFF, concluded it’s 4th edition at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai with a marvellous three day expo on 12th, 13th and 14th October. Legendary role models and celebrities like Jeremy Buendia – 4 times Mr.Olympia – Physique), Kai Greene (IFBB PRO – Bodybuilding), Sergi Constance, Blessing Awodibu aka Boogieman were some of the show stoppers who left the spectators in a state of awe!
The show also saw Bollywood celebrities endorsing brands like Sohail Khan for Venky’s Nutrition and Sonu Sood for Optimum Nutrition. The list of participants also included some of the popular names in the industry like The Hany Rambod, Guru Mann (GM nutrition), Team Bombshell, Satnam Singh among others.
The exhibition saw participation from a huge number of health and fitness brands along with some exhilarating performances at Grand competitions like Sheru Classic with its Male and Female Model search and the most renowned Amateur Olympia.

The expo has been one of its kind with a never seen before participation from a large number of IFBB pros. The list of participants is unending with some great brand ambassadors who rocked the show with their presence like Varinder Singh Ghuman, Shaun Stafford, Rongo Keene, Branden Ray, Morgan Aste to name a few.
The show takes pride in its team of judges of an international stature like Tamer El Guindy (Head Judge), Fawad Ahadi, John Hinatsychak, Ernest Bea, CEO of Bombshell Fitness – Shannon Dey, IFBB Pro – Shandy Ortiz and Arthur Simis II and Dr. Som.
There were more than 500 national and international athletes from more than 24 countries that gave an amazing level of energy, ambience and aura to the overall event. National athletes who won the prestigious IFBB Pro cards are Suhas Khamkar (Men’s Bodybuilding), Yashmeen Chauhan (Women’s Physique) and Jiten Marke (Men’s Physique).
Top nutritional and Equipment brands around the globe like Jerai Fitness, Viva Fitness, Dynamic Muscle, Fitline (Cybex), Muscle House India, KFS, Evogen, HeraxHero among others presented a spectacular exhibition at the expo. Spanish fitness model and pro bodybuilder Sergi Constance thrilled the audience with a mind blowing performance at the event where he announced the launch of his new line – Need Supplements. Bollywood legends superstar Salman Khan launched the ‘Being Human ‘ equipment line at the expo.
To keep the visitors hooked many other activities were running simultaneously at the expo like Shivfit, Arm wrestling, MMA, Kick Boxing, ZUMBA & Spinathon. Interaction with Celebrity athletes, contests and giveaways also kept the audiences entertained and engaged all throughout.
The founder of IHFF – Manish Gandhi and the Founder of Sheru Classic, Sheru Aangrish concluded the show by announcing the upcoming 3 more pro qualifiers and 6 more regionals competitions aiming to lead India towards becoming the fittest country in the world.
With about 1,50,000 and more brands exhibiting at the expo, participation from legendary fitness icons and celebrities and grand competitions, IHFF 2018 has undisputedly raised the bar and set all new standards for the fitness industry to flourish in India as per global and unconventional norms.
