Advice on Diet

According to Rabha, the diet intake of a body builder should be protein-rich. Protein supplements are expensive and often difficult for a bodybuilder to afford these. Due to this reason, on many occasions, bodybuilders give up the sport, which is a sad reality. Aspiring bodybuilders need continuous government aids to keep their dreams alive.
