Shahrukh Khans 8 Pack Abs For His New Movie Happy New Year

Happy New Year an upcoming Bollywood comedy drama-action movie directed by Farah Khan and produced by Gauri Khan is set to release on Diwali, 24 October 2014 in three languages i.e. Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Farah Khan who is a film director, producer, actor is well known for her persuading skills to make things work for her projects.

Farah Khan has this time around made Shahrukh Khan, who is 48 now, go for a 8 pack abs look for the movie where he plays the role of a dancer-cum-thief Charlie. In an interview, Shahrukh admitted that he could work on a 10 pack abs and be in a tub full of rose petals and ladies for a director like Farah Khan.

Shahrukh Khan believes in the idea of regular fitness so that if at any given point of time he is required to show his body, it only takes a month of training for him to get into shape. He believes in being fit with about half an hour of exercise daily and having healthy food as a lifestyle.

Shahrukh Khan’s personal trainer has been Prashant Sawant for about 20 years now. Prashant who also works with Ajay Devgan, Varun Dhawan and Abhishek Bachchan guided Shahrukh all the way to get the new sculpted physique. Prashant accompanies Shahrukh even for his out of town shoots. Prashant in an interview said, Shahrukh Khan has a high rate of metabolism which makes it possible for him to undergo intense training requiring high endurance. SRK can go with his training non-stop for even an hour and a half. He can run about 15 Kilometers an hour on the treadmill. Prashant gladly admits that he adores Shahrukh for the reason that he never questions the training routine Prashant devises for him. No matter how intense the training is, he gets into it without fail.

Shahrukh achieves his targets as planned not just due to the high rate of metabolism his body is blessed with but more importantly, his positive attitude and energy that pushes him to achieve higher physical targets. Prashant also added that Shahrukh has extraordinary balancing skills using which he can jump over four and a half feet high hurdles with ease and can do cartwheels with perfection

For his fans Shahrukh tweeted his picture flaunting the 8 pack abs however admitted that he was shy discussing about his body. It is his son Aryan and his trainer Prashant who have inspired him to make it possible says Shahrukh.

Shahrukh Khan has gone topless for Farah Khan earlier with 6 pack abs in the movie Om Shanti Om, whereas he has now taken a step ahead with 8 pack abs for Farah’s new movie through a highly intense training regime.
