As per the description available on the package, the nutrition profile seems impressive. Each bar contains 20 gm of protein, 5gm fibre, 21 Vitamins and Minerals Along with other other nutrients it also contains Prebiotic, Omega 3, Electrolytes and Amino acid (L-Glutamine).
Protein: 20 gm of whey concentrate protein is a fine quantity of protein to take pre or post a moderate workout session or even as a meal replacement. Protein is needed to build and repair muscles, bones and skin tissues among its various other benefits.
