Big Flex has come up with a complete range of supplement product including this mass gainer. This supplement is intended to help you in gaining lean muscle mass. Its relatively new product that is launched in India, but it endorsed by some big names in the industry like The Great Khali and Suhas Khamkar.
Nutrition Profile:
BigFlex Mass gainer provides you 80 grams of carbs and 16 gram of protein (protein blend) in each serving ( Serving size of 100 gram). It also contains micronised creatine monohydrate. It has simple & complex carbohydrate blends which supports quicker recovery & muscle mass building. So overall it provides a good nutrition profile that will help you gain lean muscle mass. The protein profile in the product is also good.
Packaging:
Big Flex Mass gainer is available in 2 Kg Bottle and 4 Kg tub. If you are a regular user then the 4kg tub packing would be very economical option.
Taste:
Big Flex Mass gainer is currently available in only chocolate flavour. This flavour does taste well in water as well as in milk. It does not mix perfectly though and you will need a shaker to get it mixed well. We have got to know that several new flavours will be launched soon. So if you are strict on taste and flavour then there are some good flavours coming your way.
Dosage:
It is recommended to mix 2 level scoop of Big Flex Mass Gainer in around 400 ml of water or milk. Its suggested to have this 3-4 times a day, but it would usually vary based on you requirements. Typically it can be taken once in the morning, once after your workout and once an hour before going to bed.
Effectiveness:
Big Flex Mass Gainer gives you 404 Calories per serving which is a decent amount. Also, 80 gram of carbs is good but 16 gram of protein falls short of the expectation. People using the product have seen decent gains with just 3 months of usage.

Given the price range of the product we would not rate it that high. Even after being manufactured in india and given the nutrition profile it offers we fell it should have been a tad cheaper. There are many mass gainer / weight gainer that provide better price / value advantage. This does not mean that the product is bad, but rather its not priced well. Its slightly on the costlier side give the nutrition profile.
