With some amazing add-on features, this emerges as a gem of an activity tracker.
Design: The activity tracker looks more like a stylized watch and is available in quirky colors. The product comes in 3 parts – the sensor, strap, and clip. You can fix the sensor to the clip and wear it on your pocket as a keychain, attach it to your bag’s strap, or anywhere that you like. You can also fix it to the band and wear it around your wrist like a watch. It does not need to be charged. It comes with a replaceable battery that needs to be changed every 6 months.
Sensor: The main part is the sensor that is actually a designed LED. You can sync data from the sensor to the app Jawbone UP by simply pressing the sensor. The sensor itself does not display any info but it sends all the info on your phone instantly. Just Press and GO!
Smart Coach Guide: You can always have expert opinions, advice and all the motivation that you need from the Smart Coach through the Jawbone App.
Food Log: With the Jawbone UP Food App to get your Food Score. This will let you know how healthy your eating habits are and what you should do to make it healthier.
Sleep Monitor: You can track your sleeping pattern and quality to bring about more efficiency in your regimen.
Pedometer: Track your step count and get expert advice on how you can increase your step count. Also, measure the distance and speed
