HealthAid is a leading UK based firm that manufactures and sells dietary supplements. The company is globally known for its high quality and effective products. HealthAid rolls out several Omega products coming from fish oil as well as flax seed oil.
Nutritional Facts: Each capsule contains 1000 mg of flax seed oil that gives you around 702 mg of polyunsaturated fatty acids that includes around 500 mg of ALA. It also gives you around 2 mg of Vitamin E. The company has used Non-GMO seeds and oil is free of any added color or flavors.
Capsule: HealthAid comes as softgels. The ingredients on the label show gelatin on it. This means that these are gelatin based capsules and hence are not vegetarian.
Interestingly, we also came across another product shot of HealthAid Flax Seed Oil Capsules with Vegetarian printed on it. The label showed that it is gelatin free. There is also, HealthAid Vegan Omega 3-6-9 that is flax seed oil based. We could not find them on any online store and so we assume that these products are not available in India.
Recommended Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules daily.
