Mukesh Singh Wins Gold At European Power Lifting Championship 2016

Indian bodybuilder and powerlifter Mr Mukesh Singh won gold medal at European PowerLifting Championship 2016 with a record lift (Total) of 750 Kilo Grams. This is the third consecutive gold medals from Mukesh Singh in European Powerlifting Championship. Mukesh Singh is being trained by Dronacharya Bhupender Dhavan from Dronacharya The Gym. Mr Bhupendra is known to have produced some of the best bodybuilders and weightlifter under his training and Mukesh is the best example of this.

SQUAT – 280 Kg
BENCH – 185 Kg
DEADLIFT – 285 Kg
TOTAL – 750 Kg
This is a record in RAW powerlifting for any Indian. Mukesh Singh also won the best lifter award and made India proud. Here are the pictures of the trophy and certificate.
