Filled with 20gm of protein in each bar, 17 gm of fibre, with &nbsp;net carbs as low as 3gm, zero trans fat and gluten free, the bar is formulated to appeal everyone alike irrespective of their fitness goals especially people who want to restrict their carb intake for weight loss or lean muscles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BPI UK has wide range of supplements, weight loss products, fitness products for both men and women. Although an entire list of all the ingredients in the bar is not &nbsp;available on the website, as per manufacturer claims BPI has an internal Quality control mechanism to ensure optimum nutrition with each of its product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nutrition Profile<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artificial sweetener used is \u2018stevia\u2019, which is a plant extract and widely used sweetener in US, UK and Japan. It is said to have no effect on blood glucose and hence appeals to those on a low carb or a carb controlled diet for weight loss or building lean muscle mass. Many users have also &nbsp;reported that the bar has a Whey powder taste, specially the Yogurt-coated Iced Vanilla Cupcake flavour. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BPI Sports Protein Bar is available in a wide range of flavours &nbsp;i.e.Yogurt-coated Iced Vanilla Cupcake, Apple Crumb Cake, White Chocolate Pretzel, Cookies and Cream, S&#8217;mores and Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch. Cookie and cream and snores are the most preferred flavours<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Effectiveness&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contains minimal amounts of saturated fats, carbohydrates and cholesterol. However, the best thing about the bar is that, it contains no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. The product uses a plant extract called \u2018stevia\u2019 as sweetener, which hardly affects the blood glucose and hence does not add up to additional carbs or calories, which of course is appealing enough to the weight loss audience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product is good for those who want to build lean muscles or target weight loss, since it is quite low on net carbs and hence the overall caloric content. The manufacturer claims that the sources of protein are the ones obtained from the local dairy at Winscon.
