The product is ‘100% Instantized’ which basically means that the product mixes like magic in milk, water or any liquid of your choice. It does not form any lumps, giving a uniform taste and flavour. On mixing, the texture is pretty thick and creamy (partly due to large serving size) ideal for people who love to have thick shakes. If not, you may add more liquid to adjust the viscosity.
