It has been extracted from pea protein and brown rice protein. Yellow pea is a rich source of protein along with Iron and Vitamins. It contains all the essential amino acid for muscle building, energy recovery and optimal health. Brown rice is a very well tolerated and allergen free high protein source.
The scope size is 45 grams which is quite bigger than a typical whey protein supplement ( typically its under 35 gram in a scoop). In this serving of 45 grams, you get 34 grams of whey protein. Which means the percentage of protein in the powder is 75%. This slightly lower than that provided by other products in market. However this is quite good for a plant based protein. Each scoop also provide 5.8 gram of BCAA and 5.5 gram of glutamine which helps in building lean muscle mass and assist in recovery.

One important point to note is that the sweeter used is Stevia and not Sucralose which is very good. Most other brands are using Sucralose which may have its own health issues. The taste is also OK, most pea based protein does not taste that well. So this is another good point in favor of Fast&Up Plant protein. Some people have however complained about bad smell.
If you are strictly vegeterian and looking for a whey protein supplement then you can give this product a try. It provides fair amount of protein in each scoop and also is good on stomach. Our final verdict would be to test it out, if it suites your taste and you don’t have any digestion issues then you can consider it for long term usage as well.
