      1. search Google for “monday day 1 indian keto diet plan”, first result site is an indian keto diet plan by an indian lady. check out if you can follow.
      2. search for “protien sparring modified fast diet ncbi”….no need to go in all statistic given in middle, starting amd ending is good and table 1 has given procedure in nutshell.
      3. WATER is essential in keto diet, cos otherwise you can develop kidney stones with high protien and less water. Not too much either, too much water has its own problems. 2.5-3 ltrs shud be enough if u don’t do heavy sweating work throughout the day, visit a doctor nearby.

      Its good to visit local doctor periodically when you are in keto diet+gym for fat reduction and muscle mass gain.

      Muscle mass gain is essential for fat reduction when you have build fat of substantial amount.
      Now dont’t go for muscle mass gainers, they are high in carbs and calories.

      Persistence is key.

      Diet and your habits throughout the day (sitting posture, yoga (Ajit Vadakayil) in evening or morning etc) matter more than gym.

      eg.if you weigh 80kg, then your protien intake should be 80*1.5 ~ 120gm/day
      varies as you gain or loose weight
      Lentils (chana, daal etc) have lots of protien but they have lots of carbohydrates too. So one should start taking them only after loosing undesired fats.

      Do exercise lazily in gym. A good partner is always helpful. Keep pushing limits every week little by little without any injury risks and as adviced by gym trainer.

      Rest should be fulfilled by food.

      Never drink milk even if adviced by gym instructor. There are sources of protien and calcium from food also.
      In India now milk is almost everywhere A1 variety!

      Milk causes mucous to deposit in your intestines which lowers your intestine’s ability to abosrb nutrients.

      A2: humped/desi cows….all products are good if cows are fed fresh grass as food.
      A1: humpless breed….milk, urine, crap, beef…all toxic!
      That’s why India has become largest beef exporter in the World (not condoned officially), remaining A2 cows being slaughter for beef export as this variety doesn’t cause “mad cow” brain disease to regular eating humans.

      Punch into Google Search “vadakayil a1 a2” for further information.

      Brazil, USA etc are all moving towards humped varity with breeds imported from India. Many companies in US now label it A1/A2.

      • And if its emergency protien requirement, then doctor would most probably give better prescriptions….Threptin or some other medications.

        So milk should be avoided by everyone unless doctor advices otherwise.

    • CONSTIPATION:
      High protien diet causes constipation too.
      If water in body is not enough : if you ever had contipation (increased blood vessels in anal sphincter), it will bring some of it back….if you never had it, you will have it within months or max an year of high protien diet.

      so water and fiber (isabgol) should be real friends….doctor’s advice needed.
