We take a deeper look at these two great bodybuilder and try to compare them pose by pose, side by side.<\/p>\n<p>First the front double biceps pose. Please refer the picture we have posted below. This is the picture most people have refered when comparing Mamdouh &#8220;Big Ramy&#8221; Elssbiay with the 4 time Mr Olympia winner Philp Heath. Comparing both of them side by side in this pose even we had to agree that Big Ramy looks far better than Phil. He has more fuller and wider biceps. He has the size and the shape and very difficult to beat for this pose. Comparitively Phil Heath&#8217;s biceps look smaller.<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-dropcap su-dropcap-style-default\" style=\"font-size:1.5em\">2<\/span> Traps : Phil Heaths traps are not even visible in this pose as he has to lean back to spread his lats. Where as Big Ramy gives a perfect pose and his traps looks proportionate. <strong>Big Ramy wins<\/strong> here.<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-dropcap su-dropcap-style-default\" style=\"font-size:1.5em\">3<\/span> Lats: Here again <strong>Big Ramy wins<\/strong> with broader and leaner lats for front double biceps pose. Phil heath&#8217;s lats looks smaller compared to Big Ramy.<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-dropcap su-dropcap-style-default\" style=\"font-size:1.5em\">4<\/span> Abs: For front double biceps pose abs plays a big part. Here Big Ramy has a big edge over Phil. His perfect 6 pack abs with clear defination are seen. Where as Phil Heaths abs are not at all visible, his stomach looks bloated. <strong>Big Ramy wins<\/strong> easily again.<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-dropcap su-dropcap-style-default\" style=\"font-size:1.5em\">5<\/span> Thighs : This is place where <strong>Phil Heath wins<\/strong> over Big Ramy, He has more defined legs. Big Ramy has bigger legs but has to improve on the muscularity and defination.<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-dropcap su-dropcap-style-default\" style=\"font-size:1.5em\">6<\/span> \u00a0Calves: Calves spoils all the show for otherwise impressive Big Ramy. They just dont match up his quads and over all body. Lots of hard work has to go in this area if Big Ramy wants to move higher up. This will be a challenge for Big Ramy, as calves , unlike other body part takes time to grow. Well we just tried that and it seems that yes, Big Ramy had an edge over Phil Heath in this pose. But in bodybuilding we cannot judge based on just one pose. Big Ramy does bring in great size but her has to improve overall and bring in more muscularity and defination.<\/p>\n<p>Well we have to admit that Big Ramy had brought is best in this Mr Olympia. \u00a0He is still very young and has a long way to go. If he continues to improve like this, then Phil Heath or any other Mr Olympia contestants will have tough time keeping him down.
